Securing Grants · Building Sustainable Futures
Who We Are
The DMITRIY ROMANENKO Irrevocable Complex Trust — operating publicly as DRCT USA — is a legally established irrevocable trust registered in Oregon, USA, with full authority to apply for, receive, and administer grants, funding, financing, and donations from any public and private sources worldwide, in connection with research, environmental conservation, and recycling projects in any country.
Our model combines beekeeping at scale, phacelia agriculture, clean biogas energy, waste processing infrastructure, and cutting-edge varroa mite research — creating multiple overlapping grant-eligible activities that reinforce each other.
What We Do
Seven strategic initiatives of the DMITRIY ROMANENKO Irrevocable Complex Trust — with overlapping grant eligibility, each one strengthens the others.
Scaling sustainable apiaries from 40 to 500+ hives. Honey, pollination, nucs — multiple revenue streams from a single well-structured operation.
Building circular economy infrastructure. Agricultural and municipal waste becomes biogas, soil amendment, and clean energy — zero landfill.
Mass cultivation of Phacelia tanacetifolia — the ultimate synergy crop. Best bee forage, biogas feedstock, and soil restorer in one plant.
Partnering with veteran organizations for therapeutic farming, meaningful employment, and small business development through VA and SBA programs.
Developing a vibroacoustic frequency treatment for varroa — a chemical-free, non-invasive solution to the global crisis destroying bee colonies.
Bringing Ukrainian agricultural innovation, scientific expertise, and humanitarian collaboration to the US grant ecosystem through formal partnership.
Regenerative Soil Technology · Ukraine
A 100% natural, carbon-negative soil amendment derived from freshwater sapropel sediments — developed by ECO Sapropel LLC (Ukraine). DRCT USA considers GREEN HAVERTS™ a priority technology for grant co-financing and international deployment.
Flagship Initiative
Modern beekeeping — structured correctly — is one of the most grant-rich, capital-efficient agricultural sectors in America. The right combination of hives, veteran employment, phacelia fields, and grant management creates a self-sustaining enterprise that generates $300K–$500K annually from a modest starting point.
Beekeeping checks every box: food security, pollinator protection, veteran employment, rural development, environmental benefit. Grants stack.
Planting phacelia fields near apiaries increases honey yield 3–5x while simultaneously qualifying for USDA cover crop payments and providing biogas feedstock.
Hiring veterans unlocks zero-interest business loans, hiring tax credits, and separate veteran-specific grant streams that dramatically change the economics.
Unlike railroads or real estate, 2–5 hives is all you need to start. Scale is easy. The model works at any size — the grant structure makes it exceptional.
The Secret Weapon
Phacelia tanacetifolia is the backbone of the DRCT USA agricultural model. No other plant simultaneously delivers all four of our core program benefits.
Planted across large fields in Bolivia and the American Southwest, phacelia creates a self-reinforcing loop: bees thrive → honey revenue rises → biogas is produced → soil is restored → next year's yields are higher. No synthetic inputs. No dependence on commodity prices.
International Partnership
The DMITRIY ROMANENKO Irrevocable Complex Trust maintains a formal partnership with Ukrainian organizations, bringing Eastern European scientific expertise, agricultural innovation, and humanitarian commitment to our American grant programs.
DRCT USA supports MP Foundation's STOP BLEED campaign — tactical medical supply to combat units, territorial defense, and emergency response services across Ukraine.
Ukrainian Innovation
Ukraine has a rich scientific and agricultural heritage in all three of our core areas. These Ukrainian innovations are directly integrated into DRCT USA programs and strengthen our grant applications.
Ukraine is one of the world's top honey producers with centuries of apiculture expertise. Ukrainian beekeepers developed advanced hive management techniques, natural varroa resistance breeding programs, and high-yield queen rearing methods now adapted for US commercial operations.
Ukrainian engineers developed compact, efficient biogas digesters optimized for agricultural waste — including phacelia biomass. Ukrainian waste processing innovations in anaerobic digestion and soil amendment production are integrated into our DRCT USA circular economy model.
Building on vibroacoustic frequency research conducted in post-Soviet science — including work on biological resonance effects on parasites similar to bark beetle treatment methods — DRCT USA's varroa research explores non-chemical frequency-based mite elimination. This technology, if validated, could be licensed globally as a non-replicable proprietary device.
Ukraine's experience in conflict-zone medicine has produced some of the world's most advanced civilian first aid protocols and training systems. The STOP BLEED campaign, supported by MP Foundation, brings battlefield-tested hemorrhage control education to civilian communities — a model now being adapted for US veteran and rural communities.
Ukraine's black soil (chernozem) belt is the world's most fertile agricultural region. Ukrainian soil scientists have developed regenerative agriculture protocols — cover cropping systems, natural biostimulants, and rotation schedules — that are directly applicable to our US phacelia and beekeeping land management programs.
Ukrainian engineers and materials scientists have developed technologies to process rubble, concrete debris, and industrial demolition waste generated by wartime destruction into high-quality restorative building materials — recycled aggregate blocks, geopolymer binders, and compressed rubble composites. These innovations create a circular supply chain: war-damaged infrastructure feeds the reconstruction of the same communities, dramatically reducing raw material costs and landfill burden. DRCT USA explores grant pathways to bring this technology to US brownfield and disaster-recovery markets.
Ukraine has a centuries-long tradition of industrial hemp cultivation — one of the oldest in the world. Ukrainian agronomists and construction researchers are developing modern applications of hemp-based building technology: hempcrete (hemp hurd + lime binder) for load-bearing and insulating wall systems, hemp fiber reinforcement for concrete, and hemp-based thermal insulation panels. Hempcrete is carbon-negative over its lifecycle, naturally fire-resistant, and mold-inhibiting — ideally suited for rapid reconstruction in post-conflict zones. DRCT USA tracks this research for integration into sustainable agriculture and construction grant programs.
